According to the Post and Courier, the City police will be stepping up enforcement of laws governing bicycling beginning today. With the increase in bicycle use (and unfortunate injuries and fatalities), we hope that these efforts make it safer for everyone. So here's a brief list of what NOT to do if you don't want a ticket. Ride the wrong way down a one-way street Ride on a sidewalk when the speed limit is less than 35. Blast through a stop sign or light. Just remember these simple things and we'll all be safer (and richer) for it.
