Executive chef Kevin Johnson of The Grocery will attend the seventh annual Starchefs.com International Chefs Congress in New York from September 30 to October 2.
A group of the world’s renowned chefs, pastry chefs, mixologists and sommeliers will congregate for the event and present the latest techniques and culinary concepts. Attendees will be able to attend main stage demonstrations, hands-on savory, pastry and mixology workshops, wine tasting seminars, and business panels on current industry topics.
Chef Johnson will distribute samples of his uniquely cured lamb hamb served with feta, pickled grapes and Marcona almonds during lunch at the American Lamb Board booth on October 1.
