Building upon the excitement that is Charleston Restaurant Week, Fish invites everyone to taste the season’s best French-Asian twist on local seafood, as the downtown restaurant releases its new winter menu.
Master French Chef Nico Romo serves up an exquisite variety of appetizers, dim sum, salads and seafood entrées. Savory selections include petite plates such as the Vietnamese Pork Satay with fresh mint and a goat yogurt sauce (pictured below), and succulent entrées like Slow-Cooked Tilefish with creamed spinach, cauliflower, carrots, turnips and crispy potato strings.
