Heirloom Book Company's Spoleto Sunday Supper welcomes Chef Ken Vedrinski June 5th

On Sunday, June 5th, Trattoria Lucca's Chef Ken Vedrinski will help to celebrate Spoleto during Sunday Supper at Heirloom Book Company (123 King Street).

Vedrinski will prepare four courses including: chilled soup of buffalo mozzarella di Campania with lemon agrumato and smoked steelhead caviar ravioli, ricotta capunti with fresh basil-fed snails and green garlic, Sonoma duck in two preparations, and hand-dipped ricotta "crespelle" with local strawberries and a 50-year-old Balsamic. All courses will be accompanied by wine pairings provided by Palmetto Distributing Company.

The night starts at 6:30 p.m. with drinks; the seated dinner will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are $100 per person and can be purchased in-person at Heirloom Book Company. For more info, call Heirloom at (843) 722-6377.
