Eric Wagner, Professor/Chef of Horry-Georgetown Technical College has the solution without breaking the bank. Wagner teaches students by day and adults by night as part of HGTC's continuing education program. Grand Strand Happenings recently took a class and learned with a few simple suggestions, you can turn simple into gourmet. All that was missing was a glass of wine.
